Terms of Service

Welcome to Adminde Mi Boda ("we," "our," or "us"). By registering an account, accessing, or using our platform, you ("the User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

Adminde Mi Boda is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed to generate custom web applications for social events. We also provide a digital concierge service that includes event webpage generation, guest list directory management, and automated RSVP tracking and notifications via the official WhatsApp Cloud API.

2. Account Registration and Obligations

To use our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Plans, Pricing, and Guest Capacity

We operate under a Freemium model. All prices are in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and are processed securely through Stripe.

3.1 Free Plan

The Free Plan ($0.00 MXN) provides a read-only event webpage. Advanced features including automated WhatsApp RSVPs and notifications remain locked.

3.2 Premium Plans and Guest Blocks

To unlock automation, you purchase a "Single Ticket" which includes base capacity for up to 100 guests. You may add extra capacity in 100-guest increments at checkout.

• Monthly Cycle (Recurring): Billed at $199.00 MXN/month. Each additional 100-guest block adds $149.00 MXN/month.
• Semiannual Cycle (One-Time): A one-time payment of $999.00 MXN for 6 months of premium access. Each additional 100-guest block is a one-time $749.00 MXN payment.
• Annual Cycle (One-Time): A one-time payment of $1,499.00 MXN for 12 months of premium access. Each additional 100-guest block is a one-time $999.00 MXN payment.

Enforcement of Guest Limits: The platform will strictly limit automated communications to the guest capacity purchased. If your guest list exceeds capacity, additional blocks must be purchased to resume services for extra guests.

4. Billing, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellations

4.1 Monthly Subscriptions (Auto-Renewing)

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard under "Manage Subscription." You retain premium access until the end of your billing cycle.

4.2 Semiannual and Annual Plans (Non-Recurring)

These plans do not auto-renew. At the end of 6 or 12 months, your account returns to the Free Plan unless manually renewed.

4.3 Refund Policy

Recurring Monthly Subscriptions are non-refundable once charged. For One-Time Plans (Semiannual and Annual), we provide a 24-hour cancellation and refund window from the moment of purchase, accessible via your dashboard. After 24 hours, plans are strictly non-refundable.

5. Third-Party Integrations (WhatsApp / Meta)

Our premium features rely on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Meta Policy Compliance: You must strictly follow WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies. Spam or unsolicited messages will result in immediate termination without refund.
• Deliverability: Final delivery is controlled by Meta and telecommunication carriers. We cannot guarantee 100% delivery rates (e.g., if a guest's device is unreachable).
• API Availability: We are not liable for outages caused by Meta downtime, API pricing changes, or Meta access policy updates.

6. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of the photos, guest lists, and event details you upload. You grant us a license to process and display this information solely to deliver the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adminde Mi Boda and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mexico City, Mexico.
