Terms of Service – Adminde Mi Boda

Welcome to Adminde Mi Boda ("we," "our," or "us"). By registering for an account, accessing, or using our platform, you ("the User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

Adminde Mi Boda is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed to generate web sites for social events. We provide a digital concierge service that includes creating an event website, managing guest lists, and automating RSVPs and notifications via the official WhatsApp Cloud API.

2. Account Registration and Obligations

To use our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Plans, Pricing, and Guest Capacity

We operate on a Freemium model. All prices are in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and are processed securely via Stripe.

3.1 The Free Plan

The Free Plan ($0.00 MXN) provides a read-only event website. Advanced features, including but not limited to WhatsApp RSVP confirmations and automated alerts, are locked.

3.2 Premium Plans and Guest Blocks

To unlock premium automation, you must purchase a "Unified Ticket" which includes a base capacity of up to 100 guests. You may add extra capacity in blocks of 100 guests at the time of checkout.

• Monthly Cycle (Recurring): Billed at $199.00 MXN per month. Access to premium features is granted on a month-to-month basis. Each additional block of 100 guests increases your monthly subscription by $149.00 MXN.
• Semestral Cycle (One-Time): A single payment of $999.00 MXN for 6 months of premium access. Each additional block of 100 guests requires an additional one-time payment of $749.00 MXN.
• Annual Cycle (One-Time): A single payment of $1,499.00 MXN for 12 months of premium access. Each additional block of 100 guests requires an additional one-time payment of $999.00 MXN.

Guest limit enforcement: The platform will strictly limit automated communications to the guest capacity you have purchased. If your guest list exceeds your purchased capacity, you must purchase additional guest blocks to resume automated services for those extra guests.

4. Billing, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellations

4.1 Monthly Subscriptions (Auto-Renewal)

If you select the Monthly Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days. You will be billed automatically to your provided payment method. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via the "Manage Subscription" section in your dashboard. If you cancel, you will retain premium access until the end of your current billing cycle.

4.2 Semestral and Annual Plans (Non-Recurring)

Semestral and Annual cycles are billed as a one-time charge. They do not automatically renew. At the end of the 6 or 12-month period, your account will downgrade to the Free Plan unless you manually purchase a new billing cycle.

4.3 The 24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation Policy

We offer a 24-hour grace period for all initial Premium Plan purchases. Upon checkout, a hold is placed on your card. If you cancel your plan within exactly 24 hours of the initial checkout, the hold will be released, and you will not be charged. After the 24-hour window has passed, the payment is permanently captured and is strictly non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled monthly subscriptions or unused time on Semestral/Annual plans.

5. Third-Party Integrations (WhatsApp / Meta)

Our premium features rely heavily on the official WhatsApp Cloud API provided by Meta. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Compliance with Meta Policies: You must strictly adhere to the WhatsApp Commerce and Business Policies. Sending spam, abusive, or prohibited content will result in the immediate suspension of your Adminde Mi Boda account without a refund.
• Deliverability: While we trigger the messages, the final delivery of WhatsApp messages is controlled entirely by Meta and the recipient's phone carrier. We cannot guarantee 100% delivery rates (e.g., if a guest's phone is off, or if a guest blocks the platform's number).
• API Availability: We are not liable for service interruptions caused by Meta API downtimes, changes in Meta's pricing, or Meta's decision to revoke API access.

6. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of the data (guest lists, event details, photos) you input into Adminde Mi Boda. However, you grant us a license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You agree NOT to use the service to:

• Harass, abuse, or send unsolicited communications to individuals who have not consented to receive them.
• Host illegal, offensive, or discriminatory content on your event website.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adminde Mi Boda, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee that our platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mexico City, Mexico.
